Adam Goldschmidt Vice President of Real Estate Adam Goldschmidt is V.P. Of real estate for Foodie Franchises where he oversees our brokerage services division. Adam has spent the past 15 years working in real estate for both Landlords & Retailers.
Mr. Goldschmidt does a very comprehensive analysis of real estate markets, helping tenants identify opportunities, and assist landlords generate interest in their properties. Adam’s career experiences have led him to focus on and specialize in all of the major metro markets along the East Coast. He has the proven ability to develop and implement leasing plans, budgets, market analysIs, and tenant mix analysis. Adam has excelled at building business relationships with national and local retailers. Adam is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the States of New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Massachusetts and brokers site selection deals all over the U.S. for Foodie Franchises. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
